In between time...

People have gone to langkawi, terengganu, turkey, beijing, korea, hong kong, cambodia, perth, Indian and houstan AND I am still here waiting for the day to fly. What the hay !

Of course the world is all against me and back to back deadline is given before my departure. ARRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHH !!!!!

So life goes on….

Long overdue congrats goes to Ayu and Zool who FINALLY tied the knot. I tell you, this woman was crying at the mosque and it was all for joy !

I’m being optimistic and think so it was for joy....Kidding :-D

We were right behind here and of course throughout the ceremony we (Syawa, myself and Ayu) chatted and making jokes while Tok Kadi was preceding the session. We were so chatty Ayu didn’t realize Tok Kadi asked for her consensus and just nodded and only to turned slowly to me to asked if she’s legally wed ! Funniest akad nikah I’ve ever attended ! Sam from afar sms me to say that the Tok Kadi should asked Zool if he’s ready to be wed to Ayu coz once you’re in, there’s no easy way out ! We are all very supportive friends especially when it comes to Ayu.

Panic at the crossing…
Ila and Yus made a stunted stunt when we went to M0j0. Yus tripped over a muddy plank and Ila, being a heroine, made an attempt to cross and fell with style ! She fell, turned 360 and almost take a dipped in a man-made sewer ! She was lucky Yus managed to held her in the nick of time ! The parking guy came just before I took off my heels (otherwise I would sprain my ankles) only to tell us there’s a pathway across the plank ! It was too dark that neither one of us noticed the path !

Somebody up there must have love me and made my day :-D


The @ttic
Been to the @ttic. Sus@n Lanc@ster was manning the bar. She looked good, maybe it’s the make-up. How best to describe this place… mmm… it’s a cool bar to chill with an interesting perspective of lifestyles. F&B was yummy.


Contact users beware !
Aisha had troubled taking off her lenses and next thing you know, she cannot open her eyes for 3 days. Details kinda grey but my assumption is either expired lenses or solutions or she hurt her cornea when removing the lenses.

Imagine your world suddenly turning dark. Sheesh !

She’s all good now. Lesson learnt in a very very tough way ! I’ve to stopped sleeping with my contacts ! Not that I do it that often la….. I think….


Turtles’ tale
Teri died. Found him upsidedown drowned in water. Gave him a proper burial. Read 2 days later that if such event happen, you're suppose to pull its hands and legs to give room for oxygen to expand coz it loses oxygen upsidedown.

I checked he was really died when I found him…. God please dun tell me I buried him alive. RIP !

A day after, Riyo welcomed Russ and last Sunday, comes Rogue. Now, it's the 3Rs. The name suited them well. Russ is shy juz like Ross in Friends and Rogue very hyper. Riyo the composed one. Got them a chill place but the case is too small. I must get them a new one as soon as possible. They’re happily stepping on each other and like no worries but of course, cramped up.

I think last nite I held Rogue shell too hard that it looked kinda dent on the left. It'll grow so should be ok. For my sake, it better :-S

Reality is pinching softly but frequently on me *Sigh*

No nonsense...

Sometimes you kinda know when someone pissed at you and it bothers you cause you don’t want to have a sour relation with that person but after awhile you don’t give a heck because you done your part and you try to accommodate but if the person continue to be a hard ass pain so be it !

All said without a stop. Shows I’ve no time for nonsense X-)

Not a raving UV N@tion...

The promo was massive, the publicity was huge, the tix was selling like hot cakes, and the trouble I went thru was ok la… not that trouble pun :-)

First, the price increased last minute and I gave my tix to Yus’ friends, which I only know of when I went to get the second batch. Still considering if I want to pay off the additional to the seller cause I felt ripped off. Then on Sat itself, there was the issue of fake tix and the ones we have may get affected. So after all the worries and what not, we entered and luckily all was originals. Next, to enter the arena, was bad and cramped and terrible. Once we went in, we finally get to breath a little and head out again for food. It was only 10ish but the queue was massive. Luckily we headed in earlier coz the queue after 11pm was even worst !

The disappointment was the location. The setting was only made at the main arena, outdoor, meanwhile the rest really felt in a car park. The r&b area could be deco better to bring out the ‘rave-ness’ but it was bad. The covered rooftop made it really stuffy and hot. Lesson to learn, if rave is at a shopping centre, don’t bother. Oh to add up to the sux-ness of the event, there wasn't any drinks to redeem. They ran out ! Can you believe it ! Yazid had to pester for bottles of Z3n Green Tea drinks. Green tea @ a rave, definitely out of the ordinary. And, there was only ONE mobile loo. The whole of 5th floor only had ONE mobile loo. You have to go down to the mall for loo and the mall security initially wont allow us in the party again ! Of coz we managed to find our way in but can you believe initially the guy told us, once you're out you can't go back in. Utter rubbish right ! Only fun thing about it, was the crowd I went with - Ila, Meng, Lara, Ajax (who decided at the wee hour and paid RM63 ! Major waste !), Yus and friends.

I managed to catch DJ B3nny B3nassi about half an hour but in totality, the rave sux !

Heartiest congratulations to my couzie Ata for his new born baby boy weighing 3.12kg named Johan Ariff.

May the boy be braver than the daddy and biz wits like the mom.

Can't wait to meet the new family member :-)

A month from today...

A month from today I will wake up in the noisy street on petchburi road, and in this hour, may just be done visiting the floating market.

Sigh... a month from today, I’m living a dream. Not that it’s the ultimate dream in my life but the thought to finally be able to go away on a decent holiday is a sure bliss.

Sigh... you can live on dreams but reality is always the best !

Green is the new colour…

A Saturday out with my sisters and nieces to OU, leaded us to a parking zone far far away, a new cargo pants – shopped less than half and hour, expected visit to McD and one niece will for sure ask to head home soon.

But what was out of the ordinary was a visit to the pet shop. I was pressured to think of where to visit next with 4 kids around and of course they may not enjoy visiting MNG or DP as I would but also be in depression coz I can’t shop til July, hence, I thought of the pet shop. Better that than Toys r Us cause we might as well go to parade instant. It didn’t have so much pet but enough to amuse the girls.

Suddenly, I saw something green, lazing on a rock, doing absolutely nothing and looked easy to handle. Then I saw the promo, RM16 starter kit, 2nd get 50% off.

So I thought, a weekly change, feed twice a day and I can dare myself to pet it.

Hence, come along RIYO and TERY to my humble home :-)

They’re 3 months old and too early to tell its gender so I make it easy and named them something unisex, in case it becomes an issue when they grow up… hehehehe… turtles got feelings too. Don’t you watch Nemo!

So far they are still alive and I hope it’ll grow well.

I had pets before, a Siamese cat called Ewok, a fish called Nero, I think I have a ladybug too but all RIP – I believe it was natural causes. What I believe may not necessary be right…hehehe…

So for mine and the turtles’ sake… I wish it long live !

Honesty is the remedy …

If you know me, you would also know I’m empathetic towards one’s situation and I will be there when anyone needs me. I am also very blunt and usually speak my mind. If I care about a person, I’ll say it out coz they deserve my honestly and constantly I will tell them, if you want me to lie and hear what you wanna hear, let me know coz I can do that too.

So it was not surprising but very overwhelming when a relationship crisis was faced by one of the peeps and an assembly was called in. Reason for the meet is basically to make sure decision made by the peep is not based on emotional and irrational decision. He knew he has trusting peeps to help him think clearly. Instantly I thought, gosh I love my peeps.

We discussed, evaluated every possibility and leave when it was right to leave. Of course the matter is not resolve yet but is being handled tactfully. We were brutally honest for the goodness of the peep but we were keeping it real for him. Since that nite, we continued to give support and surprise surprise the least person you would naturally think don’t give shit has been there since the assembly. We all have beautiful and unpredictable characters.

Again I thought, gosh I love my peeps.

I don’t think I say it or maybe I have but not enough. We may not gad like before or even stay in contact with each other on a daily basis, sometimes we lost contact for months but when it matters the most, we come together and help one get thru the tough times together. I had my share of support from the peeps and I know it’s all sincere and straight from the heart.

And so… love you peeps and I’m glad to know when I die, I know you’ll be there praying for me.

If you don’t, rest assure to be haunted…MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
