It's official....

I had my first ultra sound today.

It’s official.

I have neither cyst nor fibroid.

Woke up 5 am this morning not able to move a single bit. Less than a month ago I had the same problem and the doctor said it was an infection in uterus track and intestine. Thinking it was the same thing, I took 0ralite which I think belongs to Boy long long time ago but it hasn’t expired. I pretended to be fine in front of Client during y3e sang and soon after went for a doctor check up. He checked my urine, asked me to consume 1 litre of liquid and come back later for a scan. He seems dumbfounded coz he can’t find anything wrong with me. It hurts when he put pressure on it. No, it’s not appendix.

He concluded it’s probably muscle cramp, gave some med and told me to lay off gym (??!!). That’s easy to do considering I haven’t been for awhile now.

Good thing the clinic is just across the parking lot, unfortunately he’s not a panel yet.

Who is what…

Imagine meeting the parent of the person you detest the most and think so less off.

What would your immediate reaction be?

Act surprise is a given thing. Next action please…

a) Blurt out what a moron he/she is so the parent will feel extremely ashamed

b) Explain how you know each other just to keep it decent

c) Give an acknowledging smile and say nothing more

Depending the level of hatred I may have for the person, am likely to do C, mainly coz I’m nice and morons are responsible for their own moronic action.

Make me wonder what others say about me if they accidentally meet my parent. Will it be nice or awful things? It happened to me once that a maid runaway and took shelter at a nearby neighbour’s house and the next thing you know, this neighbour sent her back when they discovered she was working at my house and they knew she was one of those problematic maids coz they do not believe a person like me would have a family that treats her unjustly.

Me blushing…

Now the maid gone wacko coz she had a terrible accident with face all whacked. She was mingling with the wrong crowd and uses her nice looks unwisely.

Moral of the story:
World is getting too small and overcrowded. You never know who you know is related to who else.

Whoa… insightful :-D

I want to be a jumper…

If I were a jumper, my recent 5 days break on CNY would start in Japan for a real deal sushi and latest gadget shopping and join Jap0n for a blazing party, then start early the next day lazing around Argentina enduring its beautiful sight, enjoy all I can take of its delectable cuisine, and of course end the nite salsa-ing, wake up slightly pass noon in Paris going into Morgan then work my way down to Champs-Elysées, stopping for coffee and sweet crepe on the boardwalk and enjoying a magnificent nite out in Paris over a 6-course with live quartet playing through dinner. I wouldn’t want to worn myself out too much before work starts so 2 days on ‘the guy that owns Virgin Airlines’ private posh island with full relaxing rejuvenating retreat, the whole works, ought to do it. Come think about it, if I’m a jumper, I wont be working !

Hayden ‘@nakin’ Christens3n was absolutely entrancing.

In the tone of a trailer promo: Catch ‘Jumper’ now playing in the cinemas.

In a completely different note, I must say Ch0ng sisters and D@ncing moms made Msia proud by coming in 2nd and 4th in ARA2. It gives me aspiration to participate in the 3rd season which has already started.

Dare send an entry?

9th Feb ends it all…

It’s been almost 3 weeks, Jan 22nd to be exact, and am sure he is still kicking and shoving himself up his own ass for wanting to just sleep and have a good rested rest. All he wanted was to have a decent snooze coz he was just too exhausted from months of hard work and a job well done too. He was dead beat and literally ended with a dead beat. The funeral was held in Perth and I wished I was still there to be as close as I can to him.

He@th Ledger, a brilliant talent lost in an accidental overdose of prescriptive drugs.

Yeah mate, kick and shove yourself harder please !!

RIP

Remorse and rejoice…

Last Tues, almost the end of Feb 5, I received a shocking text message that my ex hse mate’s mom passed away that evening 730pm. She was admitted for stroke a week or two before and had gone into coma before ending her life journey. Mom knows her well enough that her mom always insisted for them both to meet up. I, honestly, have been avoiding coz some ill feel over something her mom had said about me but as time passed, I wasn’t bitter about it anymore but just plain lazy to development any relationship with people I categorized doesn’t play a part in my life and I can live without.

Crude and rude I know but I’m not inhuman enough to let death news passed by me just like that. I felt bad that I didn’t make a point to pay a last visit while she was alive. I still haven’t visited my ex hse mate. I intended to after coming back from PD but I landed with a distressing letter from YP which put me in a pressurized-strained-morose-pessimistic-temperamental mood. Shame on me for not taking the effort and shame on me for letting my own depression gets the best of me. I was being selfish but I needed to sort my own emotion before I could deal with other people’s sentiment.

Takziah Z3ti :-(

A day after, on 6th Feb @ 6pm, another friend, also a Perth peep, gave birth to a baby girl Sharifah Z@har@ Alm@hd@ly. I haven’t visited her either and I’m sure the baby is super adorable because her parent is super gorgeous and charmed with good living.

Tahniah Yazm1n :-)

E@gle yeehaaaa…

The plan was to enjoy the clear roads of KL and stay away from the horrendous traffic going out from the city took a turned when my sister insisted we go for a family hols, more specifically to take the 3Qs for a getaway. I was checking out web and calling around to find an available place to go. As always, I’m the unofficial family hols planner and did the findings in-between work.

Yes… my 2nd middle name is ‘multi-tasker’, slab in between ‘sassy’ and ‘twisted’ or ‘resourceful’ and’ competent’ – it depends on the need of the moment *wink*

Anyhoot, I managed to get ONE room in E@gle and decided the rest will camp out since there is a facility for camping there. For the first time, I had tag-along friends in my family getaway which is cool to have coz I get to enjoy the best of both parties in one holiday :-D

To our surprise dad wanted to come along and we had to get mom to go coz Boy cant and there’s no one to handle him and Ying resorted to stay at the tent since there’s only ONE room avail and of course inappropriate for the parent to camp with me but luckily another bandwagon was available so Ying move to another and we all had a splendid time indeed.

I took Sara & Dira to the swimming pool and they were thoughtful to play ball with Qist who cant join them coz her feet hasn’t heal and it’s glued not stitched so it could get an infection. A kind sisterly act, I thought. The 3Qs were hopeless in the sense that they didn’t fancy the place coz there’s ants ?!?!?!

Nurul first camping attempt didn’t turned out so bad even though she couldn’t sleep til 6am and slept alone but we chatted til about 3am and when I woke up for a wee at 4am she was thankful coz she was aiming to hold it til the sun is up. She also bribed my mom with sandwiches just to get hot water for our breakfast.

The bribe was not necessary but I like the notion.

Nik and I teamed up for water polo against Nurul and Aiman and it was exhausting especially since we walked rather than swim to catch the ball. We took a lot of exaggerated sportish pix in the pool and a 10sec disastrous-hilarious-music video in the Jacuzzi with Yus as director of photography.

E@gle had extended accommodation called bandwagon, which looked exactly like the name. Really cool ! I will make a point to stay in either bandwagoo or tepee next time. Mmmm... means am gonna go to E@gle again huh... a cowboy resort like that with clean facilities, cool pool, loads of things to do even though we may not do the activities... Definitely !

Happy bday Ila…

It couldn’t come at a better time. Companies are likely to give half day on the eve of CNY especially if the majority is Chinese. Mine didn’t but we could unofficially declared state of half day but to be safe make it about 3pm and stay reachable in case something urgent came up. I was trying out clothes when K.Zan called to informed my MD needs something urgent out that day itself and I’ve to rushed back to the office.

Thinking my boss took off for the day, I rushed back and saw a regional email which is actually due on Mon but since we’re only back on Tues and close for the rest of the week, we need to revert back that Wed itself.

The advantage of having an office within a shopping complex is that you can go a loaf and still be back at work prompto. After finishing the report, I went over to meet the crew at kopitiam and we celebrated Ila’s birthday, reuse her given birthday cake to sang a birthday song, talked about the different category of blurness and laughed over everything that came in mind, past or present. 5 years sure passed so fast. That’s how long I’ve known ila, well approximately, if not 4. My life had never been the same under Ila’s umbrella... Heehehehhe...

I just realized we typically dine and chat reminiscing over fond memories whenever it’s one of our birthdays... mmmm... wonder why.

Had to prep things for PD trip next day and get local icesicle from Yus’ mom and Curve was dead for an eve celebration, Yus and I drag Ila along to Tesco and to our surprise no chicken avail. Nothing. As we about to head out to Puchong, I did a quick visit to Dd’s house for ‘Spag Loh Sang’ which ended up with ‘no sang’ after all... hehehe...

Thought counts doll :-D

Someone was prepping for charade in redang and there was a short game preview filled with rowdy and blown over hand signals. Funny max ! I couldn’t stay long coz Yus’ mom was expecting me over and head out shy to 11pm.

Anyhow it was a hectic eve for me and although we didn’t do anything major for Ila on her birthday, am sure her day had enough eventful disorientation and blur capacity... hehehe...

Hope you had fun dearie !!

And to my Chinese lengchai and lengloy, Gong Xi Fa Cai and have a prosperous Ratatouille year ahead (rat year maaaa... )

Fire drill...

In the name of L0we and also an email to insinuate participation for fire drill, I reached the office today @ 830am and everyone were equally surprised they got in so early too... hehehe... I must say our boss is concern over our safety and he was the last to come out from the office after making sure no one else was around. We made it out in 10mins. Of course there wasn’t any sense of urgency since we know this is only a practise round. Nonetheless we now know our exit and where to go. Right after the drill, Cik Din treated everyone to Ike@ breakfast and made those not turning up early for the drill stand facing the wall... hehehe... no he didn’t but he sure acts like a headmaster sometimes… I think it was he’s life ambition until he accidently got into this industry.

A great start to the morning and later this noon am going to meet Chef W@n. Wicked !

Trisyi@’s 11…

Last Sat I forcibly organized my niece birthday games. I got the party packs and game prizes and made list of games to play 3 hours before. It was dang tiring especially since the whole of last week been crazy and hectic at work.

We came almost an hour later, and I cant believe how horrendous the traffic is to Ix0ra has now become. It was a private party so there weren’t a lot of people there anyways. The menu was simple but nicely presented. The cupcakes and birthday cake especially were very impressively decorated. Ngah baked her ever famous mini-ready mix-cupcakes and luckily there wasn’t any smirked ungracious remarks made and instead an appreciative gratitude.

I think the kids enjoyed themselves and after awhile, I was feeling restless conducting the games. Pity 3Qs coz they weren’t doing too great at the games and could only play ‘hot potato’ and ‘musical ball’.

It’s not easy coming up with 10 games ok and luckily for Trish birthday, I can play the games at home with 3Qs and extend it at redang too. Yippie !!

Activating C a success…

I spent less than RM40, got my pay off, slept somewhat the beginning of Sweeney Todd which I didn’t expect to almost be a full blown musical (yes J0hnny Depp can sing but he shouldn’t produce a single) and had friendly share of Big @pple and apple strudel and we do love our sweet tooth and karaoke was disappointing because it wasn’t wireless (we’re too pompous now huh... hehehe).

Although we didn’t get to bowl, we exhausted ourselves positively and yes, the classical tale of the end of 1997. A priceless story worth sharing for a great laugh !

Don’t we just love Curve and the shops around it.

Unquestionably !

Kelab disco…

SMS received: Anty Eyya bawak amie ngan abah gie clubbing ker…

My reply: Of coz not ! Atok yang bawak anty gie disco !

Exactly what my dad did after we watched ‘cuci’ 2 weeks back. Before I start rambling about this mind-blowing ‘kelab malam’, let me just compliment hans and harith for a job well done on ‘cuci’. It was very entertaining and hilarious and one particular part made me flushed because it’s something dad often annoyed me about and after seeing the movie, he either understands me better or pester me even more :-)

Dad suggested dinner at this place called Kelab Sulaim@n. I got nervous thinking it’s some fancy club which going to cost me an arm and a leg but dad assured me it’s really the opposite. I already set that particular Sat nite a family nite so I drove to Kg B@ru. As soon we entered the ‘kelab’, I turned and excitedly exclaimed “OMG ! I’m in P.R@amlee’s cabaret scene !”

It brought me back into time where people were doing the cha cha and samba and rhumba and salsa instead of rave and shuffle and whatever modern jazz we now have. In the beginning I felt out of era but I didn’t take long to actually enjoy the environment. Everyone seems to know each other and when they danced, they were dancing for self-enjoyment and they’re out there to have fun. I was among veteran and there were old-timer celebrities too. To my surprise, I saw Chef Ismai1 doing the poco poco (we have Malay version of line dancing too !) and he sangs two songs.

Mom was surprised I could ‘layan’ songs like ‘di tepi pantai yang indah’ and ‘hari ini dan semalam’ and ‘secangkir madu merah’ and some other tune way before my time. I was even more surprised to see young adults, few even younger than myself walked in freewill into the place. I mean, dad got me there, what’s their excuse ! I must say, the food were tasty and too reasonably priced. It was a cool nite out because I was in a different scene and I wouldn’t mind going over again… as long dad’s not there otherwise my weekends from now on is chillin with dad at his disco... hehehehehe
